What We Collect

We store information you provide to operate your account, research workspace and customer-support requests. Private workspace history, documents and notes are accessible only through the workspace's authorized membership.

• Saved research folders, chats, documents and reviewed notes are linked to your account and workspace permissions.
• Support requests and bug reports retain the name, email and message you submit in a private staff inbox.
• We do not build advertising profiles or sell user data.
• Basic technical data may appear in server logs for security and reliability.

Support and Operational Notifications

Authorized support staff can review submitted contact details and reply by email. Discord notifications, when enabled, contain only predefined event text, environment, time and redacted operational status. Customer names, email addresses, message text, attachments and private ticket identifiers are not forwarded to Discord. Connecting an incoming mailbox is a separate integration; submitting this form does not grant access to your mailbox.

Local Storage & Cookies

We may use local storage on your device to improve the user experience (for example, remembering the active room or display preferences).
